Phnom Penh
Three things a business needs online. I build them one at a time or together. Four places in this city are already using what is below, and you can open every one of them right now.

A site built from nothing, with what you sell, your place and your opening hours. Then the listings that send people there: Google Maps, Instagram, the booking link.

Their printed menu, page for page, on the tablets handed to the table. The artwork and the type come straight out of the restaurant's own PDF, so when the menu changes the tablets change with it.

Sixty dishes across twelve sections, set as real text rather than a photo of a paper menu, so a phone can read it and Google can index it. One card for each of the three branches, with its hours, its phone and its booking link. Their Google listings had no website at all before this.

A coffee shop on Samdach Chakrei Ponn. Online in two hours, with the drinks and the prices taken from the owner's own menu file, a map that opens the right pin, and a card the shop prints and puts on the counter to collect Google reviews.

Almost every page on their old site said "message us to check stock and price". Now each item carries its price and the number left on the shelf. The staff photograph a new item on a phone, type the price, and the public page updates.
