Twelve icons drawn as inline SVG on one 24 pixel box with one stroke weight, which is what makes a set look like a set. They inherit colour, so the whole grid recolours with one CSS variable, and they cost about 400 bytes each. Nothing extra to load, and no icon licence to keep track of.
